How many people get the chance to follow their dreams?  I count myself among those lucky few as I embark on a new path as manager of Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar.

My journey to this place has been peppered with great experiences and marked by lasting memories.  I've been privileged to enjoy a pint in countless pubs around the world, share a new wine (or an old favorite) with friends and family, and mix up new cocktail recipes. I've also completed the Court of Master Sommeliers Introductory Sommelier Course. 

Now, with great appreciation to owner, Todd Johnson, I have the opportunity to manage Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar — a wine and spirits store truly unlike any other. 

Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar offers an environment that turns buying wine, beer or liquor from a task into a truly enjoyable experience.  Our employees, including Tulsa Wine Club founder and president, Mark Stenner, bring a level of expertise and knowledge you simply won't find elsewhere.  And our 5,000 square foot store means you'll not only find all of your favorites, but maybe a few you've not yet tried.

We also offer events and opportunities for our customers to come together to appreciate fine wines, beers and other liquors, celebrate friendship and create joyful memories.

Get To Know Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar Owner, Todd Johnson

A trip to Northern California, specifically Sonoma and Napa Counties, was a major catalyst in the opening of the Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar. The beauty within the vineyards, the intricacy of the wine making process and the passion of the individuals in the industry was astonishing.

This first hand, behind the scenes experience with viticulture and wine making stirred something in me. I can truly see the creative nature of God and that creative nature he has put in people in the growing of grapes and in the production of wine. I am also fascinated with the complexity of wine tasting and complexity of pairing wine with foods.

These experiences, along with great friends, and completion of the Court of Master Sommeliers Introductory Sommelier Course has spawned the opening of the Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar.
