Matello Caprice White Wine


Caprice has white flower notes, a slight smokiness, and hints of mango and passionfruit in the nose. The palate is full, with stone fruit and tropical notes dominating. Then a rich texture and mouth?watering acidity.

It’s a perfect foil for seafood?think scallops and lobster. It’s also an excellent match with fresh watermelon or heirloom tomatoes with a touch of salt. This wine will evolve for the next several years in bottle and can be drunk anytime between now and 2015.

Coop's Wild Wheat Wine Ale


Our inaugural Wild Wheat Wine has a floral and rustic foundation that began with generous additions of both malted and unmalted wheat. We then added local alfalfa honey and fermented this brew with wild yeast. This is a truly distinctive beer with an earthy backdrop leading to warm notes of tropical fruit and rich tartness.

This is an extremely limited release so hurry in or call ahead to reserve a bottle. Once it's gone, it's gone!

Uncle Val's Botanical Gin

Uncle Val's is a small batch botanical gin inspired by Zio Valerio's (zio means 'uncle' in Italian) love of gardening and Tuscan cuisine. These botanicals can still be found in his home garden in Lucca, Italy.

On the nose, you'll notice crisp aromas of sage and juniper. You'll taste bright lemon, which then gives way to a warm, spicy, lavender finish.
